listen up

If you have been following along for some time and have taken in, read, watched, and absorbed the series here that focuses on the advancing totalitarianism and the merger of software, biomedical engineering, simulation and surveillance that seems to be culminating in Jade Helm and which have been discussed serially in

/alarumed/ ,

/sinister-designs/ and

then, listen up; your next stop is here:

I say that not because I got a mention but because there’s a video there that you need to watch (or listen to).

It’s the Caravan to Midnight episode #309 that comes after 35 paragraphs and a bunch of other videos, and it’s two and a half hours long, and it’s followed by another 40 minute video and then the Hagmann and Hagmann report podcast that runs for another two hours and 45 minutes.

Hey, it’s a holiday weekend.  Put this on your outdoor speakers at the holiday BBQ.

I didn’t even get halfway through the Caravan to Midnight show and I’d heard enough.

It’s late here, and I’ll listen to the rest of it all tomorrow and the next day.

But I’ve around the block and I’m not computer illiterate, and I heard enough to understand.  It’s fully explained; you don’t need to have finished three years at MIT to begin to grasp the breadth, depth and tenor of what the lady is saying.

Listen up.

If you want to explore further, try these (they are in inverse order of complexity):

riffing on grace

I was amused, ‘amazed’, and perplexed when I’d heard that Barack Hussein Obama broke — with breaking voice — into a planned moment of spontaneity with his very own rendition of a very old tune that carries with it centuries of socio-cultural weight, this in a city laden with relevant history, the city and indeed the very building and the very moment also thick with layered intrique and speculation about the future of black people in America as well as about the very nature of the events that caused him to be standing there at that moment leading a group of people in song.  The African-American man at the podium was riffing on grace.

That man was the first African-American resident of that neo-classical Aquia Creek sandstone mansion we popularly call the White House because of the color it was re-painted after the British burned it down in attempt to impose a Rothschiildian system of banking, a building which was designed by the architect who designed the local county courthouse of that same city in which its current resident lectured on grace, that city which was — even back then in the 1790’s — deeply embroiled in the business of trading on commodities brought over by ship … in chains.

Before we get too deep into this, let me say the following:

  1. I am not black; I am what is known perjoratvely as a wasp.

2)  I have no theological training. I was baptized as an Episcopalian but, through circumstances outside my control, was not raised in an Episcopalian environment. My early years were in a Methodist church, and I was cared for by a Mennonite nanny for the first four years. I eventually ended up in a Congregational/United Church of Christ setting but married a Catholic, got a divorce, marred a ‘lapsed’ Catholic, was exposed to Taoism and Buddhism by books by John Blofeld, and have had an OBE, an epiphany, and a theophany. My seventy-five books on religion and spirituality are in white banker’s boxes stacked up next to the closet awaiting the time I can next afford to invest in a fifth bookcase for my office.

3) I am no longer a registered voter. I was rasied by conservative Republicans, gravitated to the Democrats as a party of peace during the Vietnam Era (ha!), and began to pull away from politics after minoring in political science, reading about the assassinations of fhe 60s, etc.  Obama’s gig at the Emmanuel AME was no King at Rverside, was it? One could probably call me a disaffected cynical dissident. Some in government might label me a terrorist. I prefer to think of myself as a husband, father, voracious reader, and a jazz-loving blogger.

As the current resident of the plantation-style Executive Mansion that was built with stone quarried by slave labor on lands ceded by slave states and whose carpentry was completed in part by slaves owned by the architect, Obama sang of “the unmerited favor of God toward man” in a song written by a slave-trader who described himself as an industrious servant of Satan, a song which has become “an emblematic African-American spiritual” and “a symbol of the U.S. itself as the country was involved in a great political experiment, attempting to employ democracy as a means of government”.

Charis, kripa, hadith

The concept of grace is, of course, subject to interpretation. Wikipedia, understood  by a few to be the brainchild of a Jewish pornographer, provides Islamic and Hindu interpretations as to whether grace can be earned or must be given, and describes — from the perspectives of Catholicism and Protestantism — how it can be “appropriated” — in other words, what is the vehicle by which grace is transmitted and/or received (i.e.,, sacraments, baptism, prayer).

And then there is the choice, within the Christian faiths, of discernment of interpretation of “God’s favor” that extends from the Old Testament or the New Testament.

Is is possible to have seen His face, or feel the hand of God in directing us?

In my personal theophany, I felt His hand on my shoulder and His voice transmitted by means unknown. Doubt me if you will; I know. I was witness to the results, and they were as He predicted.

One wonders what voices Obama has heard.

Since this professed Christian in his second term of office was at the podium of a leading African Methodist Episcopal church, one should consult that church’s formal expression of beliefs; Number 23 is particularly pertinent to the day, especially the second sentence where it talks about a a sovereign and independent nation, one that ought not to be subject to any foreign jurisdiction.  Was Valerie Jarrett in the building at the time? Did AIPAC send condolence cards? Provide pallbearers?×465.jpg

President Obama’s rendition of the tune and the eulogy for the church’s most recent pastor was delivered not far from the house , or at least the one on the National Register of Historic Places, that commemorates the history of the founder of one of the church’s parishes in Philadelphia.

But never once did the President of the United States say the name of the man who founded that church in Philadelphia, who took spiritual strength from the church which had been burned down because of its association with him, the fellow once called Telemaque.

Telemaque was a slave who, through luck and perhaps the grace of God, had been able to purchase his freedom.  In the masters’ traditions of the day, Telemaque had been given a name which reflected the country in which he was purchased, and the last name of his master.

Denmark Vesey was named Denmark because that country owned the islands where he was purchased; those islands are now tethered to the empire that Obama oversees from “his house”.

Vesey had “studied the Old Testament and Exodus — and believed that African Americans were the New Israelites, and that their enslavement would lead to punishment of death.”

Denmark Vesey was hanged for his involvement in a conspiracy. Power and authority can say the people conspire against them, but the people are not allowed to reflect upon or discuss any theories about how power and authority conspire to enslave the people.  Vesey, it was thought, wanted to create an armed insurrection, capture a ship, and sail off to freedom. This was a year before Nat Turner, and seventeen years before Amistad.

Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library

In 1840, a federal district court found that the transport of the kidnapped Africans across the Atlantic on the slave ship Tecora was in violation of laws and treaties against the international slave trade by Great Britain, Spain and the United States. The captives were ruled to have acted as free men when they fought to escape their illegal confinement. The Court ruled the Africans were entitled to take whatever legal measures necessary to secure their freedom, including the use of force. Under international and sectional pressure, U.S. President Martin Van Buren ordered the case appealed to the Supreme Court. It affirmed the lower court ruling on March 9, 1841…

When they first caught wind of Vesey’s planning, the authorities authorized and assembled a citizen’s militia, and “groups of armed men patrolled the streets daily for weeks until many suspects were arrested”.  There apparently was some concern that the uprising might have become “extensive and general”.

Now, at that time, and then again sometime after the turn into the third millennium, “slaves were not protected by the rights available to freemen of habeas corpus and the Magna Carta “ and when “suspects were arrested, they were held in the Charleston Workhouse until the newly appointed Court of Magistrates and Freeholders heard evidence against them. The Workhouse was also the place where punishment was applied to slaves for their masters, and likely where Plot suspects were abused or threatened with abuse or death before giving testimony….”

[Apparently these techniques were “appropriated” through the grace of executive branch lawyers shortly after two 100-+ story steel frame buildings were melted into the underground in another trading center at the tip of another harbor….]

“[T]he proceedings were conducted in secret, with defendants unable to confront their accusers or hear testimony against them” but the court of that day “found it difficult to get conclusive evidence.”

The court noted, “in its report covering the second round of court proceedings, that three men sentenced to death implicated “scores of others” when they were promised leniency in punishment. In total, the courts convicted 67 men of conspiracy and hanged 35, including Vesey, in July 1822.”

There’s no doubt that Vesey was a violent man, who planned to attack and kill Charleston whites. But those who condemn him as a terrorist merely demonstrate how little we, as a culture, understand about slavery, and what it forced the men and women it ensnared to do.

The history of Denmark Vesey’s social networking club led to the establishment of a military garrison to contain future slave rebellions. This garrison later became a military college known as The Citadel.

The only reference Obama made to Denmark Vesey during his time at the podium was when he noted to the parishioners in attendance that their church had been “burned to the ground because its founders sought to end slavery”.

It is not certain whether the President wished to avoid further reference for fear of causing some questions about his own role and reign as an African-American President in an empire that continued to keep people in bondage, to torture them, or whose supporters paid for covert attempts to incite such uprisings and violence, or whose police, intelligence and justice agencies were feared to have been deeply involved in the commission of crimes against peoples of color.  [The repeated examples of biological warfare experimentation are a matter of record.]

It is clear that he side-stepped any personal mindfulness of the parallels between his own early life and that of Denmark Vesey, or the parallels between the peoples of Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and a host of other countries (and perhaps even modern-day America ) whose families and communities have been torn asunder and what that forces them to do.

“… articles of bondage originally looked like barbaric torture devices; elaborate face masks and unnecessarily heavy and thick shackles, “The exaggerated design of 18th century constraint devices helped to cement the ‘we’re in control’ message that slave owners wanted to send. But by the mid 1800’s these objects, though they still served the same function, had become smaller and less conspicuous.” Like the idea to move slave auctions indoors, this transition was in-line with white Americans’ desire to appear more sophisticated while still continuing to buy and sell slaves.”

Beyond a certain amount of pandering, there was no mention by the POTUS/preacher in any detail or with any merit of Ferguson, Baltimore, employment rates, the health care issues unique to African-Americans, et al.  Stephen Lendman stayed up all night to write in his blog that “saying “(o)ur nation was founded on a bedrock principle that we are all created equal” is entirely opposite the way it’s governed.”

Obama was seemingly channeling God, or maybe just “appropriating” his Grace through the tele-prompter and the speech writer.

God works in mysterious ways.

God has different ideas.

He [Dylann Roof] didn’t know he was being used by God.

Obama was using his audience as leverage for the issues of flag and gun, the social engineering and psychological warfare of symbols, and in preparation, it is suggested, for a massive campaign to insure that there will be and can be no further insurrection.

Officials” — we were told by the historians of the Vesey insurrection as well as the racist policies expressed by Reagan’s chief trainer of state employees in emergency management and police in counter-terrorism activities which became embedded in Californian policy and eventually national policy through FEMA, and later the Israeli exports into the Department of Homeland Security — are “always worried about slaves in group”.

To combat what the government perceived as “subversive activities”, the Rex 84 authorized the military to direct ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels.[4]

Rex 84 came to light when Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North was both National Security Council White House Aide, and NSC liaison to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  The plan was patterned the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million “American Negroes”, if there were a black militant uprising in the United States.

Nor did Obama mention anything about the ideas that some people have about such sinister designs coming into sharp focus this summer in the rural South and Southwest, or how it is perceived as warfare on domestic politics.

Nor was there any mention, given the fact that Denmark Vesey was hanged, of the fates of such people as Chelsea Manning, or Dhozkar Tsarnaev, nor of the fates of the Yemeni or the Palestine peoples who live at the mercy of our allies.

Nor was there any mention of the impact of the Federal Reserve and its policies on the black community, or the bank bailouts and the failure to prosecute banking, trading or real estate crime, nor any mention of the history of the importation of crack cocaine or heroin into the ghettos, and of course no mention whatsoever of the people behind the “holocaust” (12 million or more) of the triangulated slave trades. This despire the fact that America, its four major rail networks and much of the so-called New World Order was built on the labors of black people.

“Recruited as an inexpensive source of labor, enslaved Africans in the United States also became important economic and political capital in the American political economy. Enslaved Africans were legally a form of property—a commodity. Individually and collectively, they were frequently used as collateral in all kinds of business transactions. They were also traded for other kinds of goods and services.

The value of the investments slaveholders held in their slaves was often used to secure loans to purchase additional land or slaves. Slaves were also used to pay off outstanding debts. When calculating the value of estates, the estimated value of each slave was included. This became the source of tax revenue for local and state governments. Taxes were also levied on slave transactions.

Politically, the U.S. Constitution incorporated a feature that made enslaved Africans political capital—to the benefit of southern states. The so-called three-fifths compromise allowed the southern states to count their slaves as three-fifths of a person for purposes of calculating states’ representation in the U.S. Congress. Thus the balance of power between slaveholding and non-slaveholding states turned, in part, on the three-fifths presence of enslaved Africans in the census.

Slaveholders were taxed on the same three-fifths principle, and no taxes paid on slaves supported the national treasury. In sum, the slavery system in the United States was a national system that touched the very core of its economic and political life.”

Excerpted from Jubilee: the Emergence of African-American Culture by the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture.

During the days of slavery, it was, to the slave-holder, a question of credit and debt. Like the modern-day small business owner or farmer acquiring machinery, or at a lower level the homeowner or car-buyer, if the slave-holder had to buy on credit, as he almost had to, he was on the hook, commited to pay off the debt at interest on the basis of what he could get at market for the cotton or other crops he harvested or whatever it was he produced. And then there was the principle of partus sequitur ventrem, through which slave-holders could acquire tradeable assets and commodities which were guaranteed to mature into assets.

But even then, the focus was not on the slave-holder, nor even the slave, but whatever it was that he/they produced, for that had to be shipped, and the debt holder also owned the ships (or the debt for those ships), and/or the factories that processed the goods (or the debt for the machinery that did the work).  Many people within this complex system had no choice but to pay higher costs to the people who never worked a day in their life in any form of actual labor. They were indebted to the money-handlers.  Sound familiar?

Omar Ibn Said, a Senegalese Muslim captured into slavery, was also noted to have arrived in Charleston in 1807. Ajar, who was also captured from West Africa, was sold in Charleston in 1815. Ajar’s son Tony, who was purchased by a man named Allen Little, was the great-grandfather of Malcolm Little, who is better known today as the African-American freedom fighter Malcolm X.

In 2012 Lacy K. Ford gave the keynote address to the South Carolina Historical Association; his subject was interpretation of the Vesey Plot. He said, “the balance of the evidence clearly points to the exaggeration of the plot and the misappropriation of its lessons by Hamilton, the Court, and their allies for their own political advantage.”[28] Ford compares the reaction of Charleston officials to a crisis in which not one white person had been killed or injured, to the approach in Virginia after the 1831 Nat Turner’s Slave Rebellion, in which tens of whites were killed. Charleston officials described a broad, complex and sophisticated conspiracy led by the “brilliant” Vesey, while Virginia officials donwplayed Turner’s revolt, stressing that he and his few followers acted alone. Ford concludes,

“Enlarging the threat posed by Vesey allowed the Lowcountry elite to disband the thriving AME church in Charleston and launch a full-fledged, if ultimately unsuccessful, counter-attack against the paternalist insurgency. And the local elite’s interpretation of the Vesey scare prepared the state for a politics centered on the defense of slavery, a politics that reinforced tendencies toward consensus latent in the Palmetto state’s body politic, tendencies easily mobilized for radicalism by perceived threats against slavery.”[29]

In 1990s, African-American activists in Charleston proposed erecting a memorial to Denmark Vesey, to honor his effort to overturn slavery in the city. The proposal caused much controversy, as some people did not want to memorialize him; others believed a memorial to him not only marked his leadership but would demonstrate that slaves were not happy with their lot.[11] In 2014, a statue representing him as a carpenter was finally erected in Hampton Park, at some distance from the main tourist areas.[9][11]

The Manufacturing of a President, The CIA’s Insertion of Barack H. Obama, Jr. Into the White House (by Wayne Madsen)

doing reverse psy-op

I have been building on a concept expressed by Bernie Suarez here: I have been straddling the matrix. I have one foot back in the research I did for alarumed — on what others may be doing to you, in particularly zeroing in on the themes of viral receptor mapping, genetic modification, and programmable behavior as explained by the mythical Dr. Marta Shearing in the film The Bourne Legacy — and I have the other foot looking for a place to firmly plant itself amidst the research I am doing to extend the concepts expressed in my e-book called “Summon the Magic” whose excerpts suggest strongly that you can program your own mind. At least one person agrees that you can create a firewall in your own mind and body against the intrusions of others.

My recent reading has dominantly zeroed in on the three books by Dr. Joe Dispenza, noted previously in Je Ne Sais Quoi, especially the sixth day of that virtual symposium.

In the second book Breaking the habit of being yourself, he introduces the topic of epigenetics.

I’d just viewed this old two-hour PBS show on the human genome project and a simple search popped up  a number of relevant videos that promised to help me get more centered in my straddling.

I remembered having read something, probably in Quantum Healing: Exploring the Frontiers of Mind/Body Medicine, by Deepak Chopra, M.D. (Bantam New Age Books, 1989), in which this Ayurvedic physician said that our body is a factory made out of bricks in which each brick had the ability to make an entire factory.  Here are two more quotes, also relevant:

“The human body is not an anatomical structure that is fixed in space and time. The human body is more like a river alive with energy, information and intelligence. It has a cybernetic feedback loop and can influence its own evolution and its own expression. It has the ability to learn from mistakes and the ability to make choices.  The human body is an astronomical amount of raw material that comes from everywhere. In the last three weeks, a quadrillion atoms have circulated through our bodies that have circulated through the bodies of every other living species on the planet. We could think of a tree in Africa, a squirrel in Siberia, a peasant in China…. In less than one year, we replace 98% of our physical bodies… a new liver every six weeks, a new skin once a month, a new stomach lining every five days, a new skeleton every three months. The bones that appear so hard, solid and permanent are dynamic structures. Even the DNA, which holds the memories of millions of years of evolution, comes and goes every six weeks. The physical body is recycled elements — recycled earth, water and air — matter in all of its solid, liquid, gaseous and quantum mechanical forms.

Any time I explain the quantum mechanical model to my friends and colleagues, they ask me this question: “If it is really true that the human skeleton replaces itself every three months, then why is the arthritis still there?”

The answer I give is that, through our conditioning, we generate the same impulses of energy and information that lead not only to the same behavioral outcomes but also lead to the same biochemical processes, and that these biochemical processes are under the influence of our consciousness, our memory and our conditioned responses.”

“Quantum Physics and Consciousness”, by Deepak Chopra, M.D., in The Emerging Mind, ed. by Karen Nesbitt Shanor, PhD, Renaissance Books, Los Angeles, CA 1999.

“Ghost In Your Genes” (49:40)

Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. Epigenetics: The science of Human Empowerment [42:40]

Through the research of Dr. Lipton and other leading-edge scientists, stunning new discoveries have been made about the interaction between your mind and body and the processes by which cells receive information. It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology, that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our thoughts.

He demonstrates how the new science of Epigenetics is revolutionizing our understanding of the link between mind and matter and the profound effects it has on our personal lives and the collective life of our species.

[Note the title of the research article he shows on the slide at about the 40-minute mark — “behavioral epigenetics” — and compare that to the explanations given by the mythical Dr. Marta Shearing in The Bourne Legacy, and the functional thesis inherent in the collection of excerpts I have entitled “Summon The Magic” on how you can use your mind….]

How Meditation Can Reshape Our Brains

“It’s more like “body-mind plasticity” than “neuroplasticity” because it’s not just the brain. The body is a holistic system.

There are about 4 input channels: stomach e.g. for recycling RNA, small intestine e.g. for absorbing water-based nutrition, the colon e.g. for fermentation of solid waste by gut bacteria, and the lungs e.g. for the absorption of airborne nutrition. There are a couple of output channels: solid waste elimination, liquid waste elimination, skin (sweat), and the lungs.”

Is There Scientific Proof We Can Heal Ourselves?

Lissa Rankin, MD explores the scientific literature, reviewing case studies of spontaneous remission, as well as placebo and nocebo effect data, to prove that our thoughts powerfully affect our physiology when we believe we can get well.

“… In my search for a different approach to the power of individual consciousness, I came upon the history of early Tibet, before the society hardened into a theocracy.

Several sources were particularly helpful. The work of author John Blofeld (The Tantric Mysticism of Tibet), the writings of the intrepid explorer, Alexandra David-Neel, and a quite unconventional healer, Richard Jenkins, with whom I worked in the early 1960s in New York.

Jenkins once wrote to me: “There are people who want to tell us what consciousness should perceive. They’re blind to the electric, alive, and free nature of awareness.

They’re wrapped up in content and addicted to it. Their biggest mistake is omitting the creative nature of human beings…”

That creative nature was the intense focus of the early Tibetans.

These practitioners, teachers, and students, some 1500 years ago, realized that most people viewed consciousness as an accumulator of knowledge. A searching tool, or a receiving apparatus.

Instead, the Tibetans embarked on a far more adventurous course.

Their many images (e.g., mandalas) weren’t meant as depictions of what finally exists in higher realms. Those realms were just as provisional and changeable as the physical world. You might call the multiple locales and dimensions representations of “what humans in certain Asian cultures would expect to encounter in their journeys of spirit.”

In other words, the Tibetans consciously treated their pantheons of gods and semi-gods as convincing illusions.

Several of their key exercises and techniques were all about having students mentally create these illusions in voluminous and meticulous detail. That was difficult enough, to be sure. Far more difficult was the next aspect of their practice: get rid of these creations.

Put them there; take them away.

The Tibetans were committed to living life on the level of imagination, with all that implied.

And what does it imply?

A new psychology. A psychology of unlimited possibility:

A person’s past, his history, his problems, his relationships are all framed against the wider context of what he can imagine and then invent, create, in the world.

Living through and by imagination long enough, the individual discovers that his prior relationships are transformed. They no longer set themselves up as questions or problems.

He is operating from a platform that affords an utterly different, original, and unexpected outcome.

A psychology of possibility not only looks forward to the future, it has a reason to do so. Bringing electricity back into life depends, initially, on viewing possibilities in the space of one’s own imagination.

It may strike you at this point that our current civilization is bent on lowering possibilities; and that is true. That is the psychology of the psyop.

There is a good reason for this programming, as well as the staging of events that seem to give the programming validity. Those who aim to control the destiny of humankind want to shrink the “size of humans.” That is their intent.

A psychology of possibility would reverse that trend and expose it…..”

informationalized warfare

Dismissed from the post of the head of Security Service of Ukraine, Valentyn Nalivaychenko can become the coordinator of the armed neo-Nazi underground from among organizations previously secretly overseen by the secret service. This was stated by the political analyst Simon Uralov:

“Peter Poroshenko removed from power one of the founders of the deranged racist battalions – a U.S. citizen, Nalivaychenko. Thus Poroshenko is trying to solve the issue of power. At the same time a strike of the battalions began. “Tornado” was the first one out. Next will be the “Right Sector” and other “Azov’s”. However, Poroshenko will not be able to solve the issue of power – there is no trust of the masses, nor a party of the like-minded, or ideology. Therefore an attempt to disarm the battalions will fail — they’ll just withdraw from Donbass and go deep into the former Ukraine. And on their basis a Euro-ISIS will be formed  — a mass of psycho-killers with racist views. And this process will be coordinated by the same U.S. citizen – Nalivaychenko. For this he doesn’t even have to be on the territory of former Ukraine”, — gave his forecast analyst Uralov.

These #JadeHelm15 Vehicles Are Only Seen Right Before A False Flag Attack

Andrew Korybko has put together a two-part examination of future US military strategy based on a speech given early last April by US Depty Secretary of Defense Robert Work. Korybko is a political correspondent and analyst who lives in Moscow and writes for a number of outlets, in this case ORIENTAL REVIEW.

The specific links:

Robert Work, he notes, spoke about “US military strategy in Eurasia during a speech at the Army War College Strategy Conference on 8 April, revealing critical insight into the Pentagon’s formal approach to forthcoming conflicts. “

A critical element of this, he notes, is the “seamless integration between man and machine” which combines technological superiority with superbly-well-trained highly-skilled individuals. The US understands, says Korybko, that “it must keep its destabilization just short of the conventional threshold, opting instead for asymmetrical aggression in the form of economic subversion, Color Revolutions, and Unconventional Wars.”

Korybko focuses on Work’s notation of Frank Hofflan’s definition of hybrid warfare:

“Combat operations characterized by the simultaneous and adaptive employment of a complex combination of conventional weapons, irregular warfare, terrorism and criminal behavior to achieve political objectives.”

.. as well as non-linear warfare:

“Evolve[ing] from covert actions by special operations forces, to sustained unconventional combat waged under an umbrella of denial.  And then ultimately escalating to high-end force-on-force proxy warfare with the state actively involved in combat operations .”

& a 3rd military innovation of informationalized warfare:

“The combination of cyber, electronic warfare, information ops, deception and denial to disrupt our command and control to give the enemy an advantage in the decision cycle.”

Then there are the weapons that can “radically change the global strategic calculation”, DARPA’s work in man-machine hybrids, and this tasty tidbit:

“If we combine them (the squad) into well-trained, cohesive combat teams with new advances in robotics and autonomy and unmanned systems, three-play combat at the squad level, we can create super-empowered squads, super-empowered small units with enhanced situational awareness and lethality. DARPA’s Squad X program, among others, is working on a number of ideas right now to increase human and machine collaboration at the lowest tactical level, including ground robots, small micro-drones, and trying to figure out how to push the squad situational awareness and lethality out to a large, large battlespace area….  in the not-too-distant future, squads are going to operate with robotic support, sapper robots, counter-mine robots, counter-sniper robots.,,, we’ll go after the biometric signature of human beings.”

If you’re playing along on the home version of the Grand Global Hegemony game, you’ll want to read the full articles at the links above.

The above may or may not be relevant to all the commentary from numerous sources about Jade Helm or the discussions about the cognitive augmentation of warriors and agents recently previously here but watch this six-minute video that documents machine learning (via Charles Cameron at Zen Pundit) before you decide.

one pill

“… no information was available about the event, except the list of participants and the formally announced agenda. Normally the Bilderberg Club discussions are never made public. Media did not highlight the event. As usual, several hand-picked, influential journalists and prominent media figures were invited to this year’s meeting, but against journalistic standards they were strictly forbidden from revealing anything discussed during the event. This year’s attendees list included: Canadian journalist and National Post editor Andrew Coyne, former Economist Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait, who now heads up former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s eponymous news outlet, Editor-in-Chief Economist Zanny Minton Beddoes. Beddoes previously worked as an economist at the bankster International Monetary Fund loan shark operation, and is a trustee of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

The meeting was also attended by chief economics commentator at The Financial Times and central bank apologist Martin Wolf. Also attending the conference for the first time was former Financial Times chief executive Rona Fairhead, who recently assumed the role of chairwoman for the BBC Trust, the British Broadcasting Corporation’s «governing body», and is also a director at HSBC. Mere hours after Fairhead was appointed head of BBC Trust last year, she was sued by HSBC shareholders alleging she helped launder money for terrorists and Mexican drug cartels.

As is known, American and British media are extremely monopolized. Chief editors and owners have close ties with state structures. Outlets are subject to strict censorship and function according to hard and fast rules. The ideas espoused at the meeting will be imperceptibly instilled by media to influence public opinion.

With all the secrecy around the event, the announced agenda and the list of attendees provide some clues to what the meeting was about. The key topics for discussion this year included: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, chemical weapons threats, current economic issues, European strategy, globalisation, Greece, Iran, the Middle East, NATO, Russia, terrorism, the United Kingdom, the USA and the US elections.

A look at the list of attendees makes think that the key items for debates were artificial intelligence, cybernetic security and current economic problems. The list of guests also included former US State Secretary Henry Kissinger, NATO  Secretary General Yens Stoltenberg and heads of major banks and companies. There were three attendees representing Google: Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman, Google Inc., Demis Hassabis, Vice President of Engineering, Google DeepMind, Regina Dugan, Vice President for Engineering, Advanced Technology and Projects, Google. Her biography shows how close Google is tied to US military industrial complex. She served as the 19th Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency – DARPA (2009-2012). In March 2012, she left government to take an executive role at Google. Just prior to the acquisition, it was announced that she would create, and lead, the Advanced Technology and Projects (ATAP) group at Google-owned Motorola Mobility.

In January 2014, Google announced the acquisition of Motorola Mobility by Lenovo but retained Dugan and her Advanced Technology and Projects (ATAP) team. Regina Dugan is known as an advocate of total surveillance. There are two things she and her team are working on – a digital tattoo and a once-daily pill, both of which would be used to authenticate you in some manner or another. The tattoo is a developmental system made by MC10. It has an antenna and some sensors embedded in it. The advanced tattoo could be used for authentication. The basic concept behind this type of tattoo isn’t all that different from the key fob you might use for work or the tap-to-pay credit card one might have. The main difference is that a person is less likely to lose his (her) tattoo. The pill has a small chip inside of it with a switch. It also has what amounts to an inside-out potato battery. When a person swallows it, the acids in the stomach serve as the electrolyte and power it up. The switch goes on and off, and it creates an 18-bit ECG-like signal in a human body and essentially the entire body becomes an authentication token. When a person touches his (or her) phone, computer, door, or car, he (or she) is authenticated in. The pill won’t be available in the near future, but it’s already received FDA clearance, which is normally a big hurdle. A person could take 30 of those a day for the rest of his (her) life. The pill has already been tested to work for authenticating a user with his or her cellphone, too.

According to Dugan, Motorola is working with MC10 on a tattoo for authentication, and she has a prototype on her own arm. Dugan is also cooperating with a company called Proteus Digital Health that already has FDA clearance for an ingestible sensor as a medical device. She wants to use it for passwords, too. DARPA specializes on strategic micro systems (communications, electronic warfare, information nets security) and biological research, including gene engineering and applied neuroscience. The Agency closely cooperates with Google and NASA research center at Silicon Valley based Singularity University, the center of transhumanist thought. Transhumanism is an international cultural and intellectual movement with an eventual goal of fundamentally transforming the human condition by developing and making widely available technologies to greatly enhance human intellectual, physical, and psychological capacities. The research work is focused on developing artificial intellect – the technology of brain control.

Eric Schmidt, the head of Google, never hid his plans to come up with the technology of total electronic surveillance. In his speeches he emphasizes that private life is a thing of the past. Schmidt wants Google to become a contemporary «Big Brother». The presence at the Telfs-Buchen meeting of people focused on the creation of artificial intellect and cyber security testifies to the fact that the global elite strive for drastic reform of society and bringing into life the ideas of transhumanism pretty soon. The plans envision imposing great limitations on private life and ultimately eliminating the right to privacy at all.

Working on the ways to intrude into people’s lives they arbitrarily construe the very notion of privacy. Asked about thee Bilderberg’s secrecy Schmidt said it was the right to privacy. According to him, to think that such meetings cannot be held privately means to promote the ideas of totalitarianism….”

“… Hayden was speaking at the annual meeting of the Wall Street Journal CFO Network, an event hosted “by the Journal’s senior editors” for “an invitation-only group of more than 100 chief financial officers of the world’s largest companies.”

Asked if he thought Snowden was a foreign agent, Hayden said: “I’ve got my suspicions,” although he acknowledged, “I’ve got no evidence.” ….”

Here is the video and the full text of his remark:

Is the Dannemora prison break part of the Jade Helm psy-op, at least coincidentally? “The search was expanding “in all cardinal directions” and officials were looking at “viable high-speed avenues” that the killers might have used” and we should expect to see law enforcement in our communities as the search continues.

“… Underneath the sabre rattling surface of all this worldwide martial activity and bypassing detection from even independent media’s radar focusing exclusively these days on Jade Helm is a one world military elite fighting machine being developed largely in secret led by US Special Operations Command (US SOCOM) in conjunction with the United Nations. Perhaps more than any other journalist Nick Turse has forged a highly reputable investigative career attempting to uncover this top secret, hidden world of US SOCOM. Over this last decade black ops deployment around the globe has increased exponentially…..

A Department of Defense news article two years ago featured then Special Operations Commander Admiral William McRaven’s SOF 2020 vision calling “for a globally networked force of special operations forces, interagency representatives, allies and partners, with aligned structures, processes and authorities to enable its operations.” This is the blueprint for a globalized international black ops killing machine readily able to engage in strategic and tactical covert operations around the globe acting at the behest of a one world government as the globalist elite’s private security force. The extensive plan for multiple nations’ black ops forces coming together to train regularly in joint exercises and deployments is facilitating lightning strike assaults and tactical missions of highly unconventional warfare to typically take out enemy command and control centers as well as extraction and assassination of targeted enemy combatants. In recent years this global elite force is designed to provide ready made to act on intelligence (far more effective than the CIA) as well as engage in asymmetrical warfare tactics of guerilla-type activity in rapid deployment missions anywhere on the planet as critical pre-step strategy to launching larger scale military campaigns involving conventional force invasions and occupations against targeted hostile nations and forces. The forever war on terror in the Middle East and Africa as well as Europe and Asia fortified by a massive global infrastructure supporting over a thousand US military posts around the world guarantees black ops deployment everywhere on the planet. And that next targeted hostile nation could very well be America under martial law once Jade Helm goes live this summer….”

“Two Ukrainian servicemen have confessed to the murder of a mother and daughter in the Kiev-controlled portion of eastern Ukraine, the local prosecutor’s office reported on Wednesday. The soldiers shot the women in the head with a machine gun…. An investigation was launched by the local prosecutor’s office, which is under the jurisdiction of the Kiev authorities, and two Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen were detained. The soldiers, both in their twenties, have confessed to the murder.

“It has been established that on June 15 the soldiers entered the house of the victims, whom they suspected of separatist sympathies, and killed them with machinegun fire,” the official statement said…..

The rare public case by pro-Kiev authorities against their own troops comes in the wake of international rights groups’ condemnation of both sides’ alleged use of torture and other intimidation tactics in the 14-month war, AFP reported. Since April 2014, the conflict between Kiev and rebels in Ukraine’s south-east has claimed the lives of nearly 6,500 people, according to latest UN estimates….. “

“… I have been contacted by numerous people, both big players in the alternative media and individuals who are telling me that any mail about Jade Helm and any links they post to content in mails get wiped before they arrive. Therefore IMPORTANT, AND I MEAN DAMNING: If people either cannot send or are stifled in sending mails to each other with Jade Helm content, it not only stifles people who are covering facts on the ground, it will ALSO disable people’s ability to warn each other about gun confiscations or other hostile activity taking place as part of the Jade Helm exercise…..”

warfare on domestic politics

Working from the main link for Oath Keepers, where there is substantial information about the orgnanization, its leadership, by-laws, and much more (look under the CPT link and the “Academy” link), I see that Elias Alias has put together some very detailed information on the issues surrounding Jade Helm 15 as seen by Oath Keepers. It’s about numerous forms of warfare on domestic politics.

The first of four parts includes a radio broadcast interview with Stewart Rhodes.

The first link also includes:

  • a FAQ approach that provides background;
  • five videos (the fifth is 50 minutes in length); and
  • two articles that explain the “mapping terrain” concept inside the drill’s theme and mission. (See especially the 37-item list of corporations from within the military-industrial complex who are providing technology and systems and analysis.)

The second part focuses on

  • unconventional warfare;
  • James Risen’s article on the secret history of the CIA in Iran in 1953;
  • Zbigniew Brzezinski and the PNAC;
  • the Army and its focus on civil disturbances;
  • leaked DHS fusion center reports on domestic politics;
  • the Murrah building bombing in Oklahoma City; the ATF, and the FBI; and
  • presents the entire Operation Northwoods document
  • There’s a 23-minute video of the C-Span show on the issue;
  • an article on the mock city constructed for military training;
  • an article in Forbes on how the military would crush a Tea Party rebellion; and
  • a half-hour video on how the military will use the social media to “map” political enemies in the US

Part Three reviews “the now-infamous document entitled ‘From PSYOP To MindWar: The Psychology of Victory’. One of the authors of the paper was proud enough of his work to expound upon MindWar in a book published in 2013 with the one-word title, MindWar.”

There’s a pretty potent paragraph that segues into James Corbett’s hour-long look at who is really behind ISIS, and then Part Three launches into a discussion about unconventional warfare, irregular warfare, and mind wars

  • There’s an 8-minute video of Obama explaining FEMA camps;
  • another 8-minute video featuring John Whitehead (with a companion article link);
  • a look at previous Federal propaganda efforts;
  • a focus on DARPA’s efforts; and
  • a good long look at Michael Aquino.
  • There’s a review of the history of the OSS in Vietnam and its relationship with the Viet Minh and Ho Chi Minh, and a look at some of the technology curently in use in mind wars.

The last part is a look at a film which is being crowd-funded, with a short presentation by Stewart Rhodes, short video interviews with two of the people who will appear in the film, and links or keys to some of their previously-published works.

I recommend that you spend some time reviewing and reflecting upon this material and the larger issues of the current domestic and foreign situation.

sinister designs

I went back to that link I put up in the last Occurrences post, the one from James Fetzer about Jade Helm going live with an EMP tomorrow in Texas. Because I set it aside hastily for future review, I did not realize the enormous length of audio material we are asked to listen to.

It seems that if Fetzer (who seems confortable with audio and video technologies) wants us to understand something quickly, it is incumbent upon him to summarize and edit.  Fetzer is a professor emeritus, as he reminds everyone regularly, with credentials  in critical thinking, and was once a US Marine Corps officer.

I want to like Jim Fetzer and generally I think he makes his points well with regard to JFK/Dealey Plaza, the Wellstone murder, and other more recent state crimes against democracy, but in the audio method he uses, we are to listen to two people agree with one another and repeat reams of information we  most likely already know about.  If he is trying to reach people who are ignorant or in denial, he needs to turn and face the congregation, not the choir. If you are going to attend his particular church, you’re neither ignorant nor in denial.

The first link inside his package was to a Project Camelot interview: (34:25)

It contains the following key phrases and concepts: normalcy bias, retro-causality, “the Rabbit Hole”, the prior proven existence of drills going live, the existence of Presidential declarations regarding emergency powers, take five minutes of the day to look it up, and Operation Condor. You get to resonate within yourself privately as to whether this has credibility.

(If you don’t know about Operation Condor, consult

and )

Reference is made to an earlier interview with Dale Lewis which is here:

but I don’t think you need to watch that if you’ve watched the one which is chronologically later but posted here earlier.  It does contain enough summary and reference.

As an aside, let me say that I generally don’t go near Facebook and I’ve posted a lot of information about how Facebook itself is a platform for psy op games. I do not have a Facebook page and I don’t post on Facebook.  Other people have linked to my blog on Facebook and that’s okay; I have no control over what other people do.  I have enough work to make sure I am doing my own homework and remain as accurate and credible as possible. I stand behind my work, or stand to be corrected or informed better.

I did meditate briefly on the trapezoidal pathology of paranoia, surveiilance, and the nature of being control freaks. I thought maybe I should find again that book by Draffan and Jensen entited Welcome to the machine; if it is not on your bookshelf, it should be.  I also have read and strongly recommend the other books noted at the bottom of that link,  That comment will get me another tick on the checklist next to my name in the big database out in Utah.

The two-hour interview linked right above is breathless and regurgitant in nature and gets to the Walmart question at the half-hour mark.  The Real Deal broadcast(s?) sometimes strike me as a mechanism that allows two people to rant and one to demonstrate how smart he is. But at about the 40-minute mark, Fetzer shows us how smart he is by making a powerfully-insightful point about military logistics and POL and he and his guest note that the drills include practice (using crisis actors) on repressing crowds demanding food and water. The slides, which are fuzzy and not always clearly sourced, beginning at the 43-minute mark, go back to the Walmart question. “Anyone who’s capable of reflection”, the cognitive dissonance of denial, “Winter Soldier”  and sinister designs become functionally-key phrases.

“It’s all taking on a sinister design as we put more and more pieces together.”

“When you look at the vast array of data points…”

There is commentary about unreasonable search and seizure and a list of questions you can raise as they come knocking on your door, but when there are five or more people carrying advanced weapons and who are armored and wired at your doorstep who may or may not have used flash bangs or tear gas, I don’t think it’s a time to say “excuse me, but can I go and get the list of questions I set aside?”.

How is it rational that we respond in a lawful and civil manner when the people at the door are acting in an unlawful and uncivil manner?

At the 1:06:00 mark, “Al” makes an important point about going outside one’s normal or chosen field of expertise to seek information and knowledge.

This particular show’s focus switches frorm Jade Helm to the JFK assassination at about the 1:12:00 mark.  I didn’t watch the rest, or the other.

The idea of being legally right and having the ability to sue after the fact in the middle of an illegal home invasion by armed military/police representatives of a power structure that has no real basis in legality and has been assumed by a series of coups d’etat, assassinations and subterfuge and maintained by intimidation, blackmail and corruption seems to be an exercise that is not worth my time (or yours). Talk about cognitive dissonance…

If you can no longer participate within the system (and there are arguments for both sides), then what?

If you try to participate within the system but are ostracized because you have already done sufficient homework to know — for example — that steel frame buildings don’t melt, or if you are intimidated, put into a situation where you lose your income or have to engage an expensive lawyer to fight a trumped-up charge, then the system is not going to be responsive.

[You can’t call people on their BS and their lies or else you get your ass handed to you.  I know this because I once documented to the Vice President for Procurement for Raytheon that the reason he didn’t get the newsletter was not because I failed to send it out properly but because his own mailroom threw it in the trash on arrival. [That’s where it belonged, given the degree to which the Board didn’t want to be terribly aggressive in addressing issues.] I was relieved of duty due to “administrative deficiencies” from the best-paying job of my life.]

What are your choices when the system locks you out of responsibility? (Jack Kennedy has a famous quote about this, but look where his passion and virtue got him.) Confrontational violence, or quiet preparation for same? But then you are already known, in jeopardy, or subject to harassment and seizure, imprisonment or death.

If death is the seemingly inevitable ending, then you need to read

His other books on “unspeakable” things are among the best educational investments you can make. And they all point to the same “perps”, the very same ones at work behind Jade Helm.

As I also noted in that last occurrencesforeigndomestic post, one possibility still left open is the path of dialogue and community. Then the question becomes this: How can a community and its members functionally communicate in a manner that is not subject to the surveillance, interference or harassment by an illegitimate system of authority?

The Russians did it with samizdat in the repressive Communist era. The Iranians did it with cassette tapes during the reign of the Shah and SAVAK. People do it today via the Internet, although that is still subject to surveillance, interference and harassment. Some, even the authorities, have investigated paranormal means of communication; the transmission by thought alone is practiced, and it is also the subject of research to see how it can be circumvented, crominalized or weaponized. The Sons of Liberty met in back rooms over a pint of ale, penned correspondence, sent riders, and published political cartoons.

It is late, on the real clock and metaphorically. Tomorrow arrives soon enough.

We will know, I guess, whether an EMP event went down in Texas. There is an argument that says that publishing about possible or forthcoming false flag attacks or other similar incidents before they happen prevents them. Good thought, but difficult indeed to prove. On the other hand, we must ask how the continual cry of “Wolf!” helps.

I think Fetzer is, on a broad basis, very right in saying that there have been enough data points that it is no longer deniable that something evil this way comes, that we are engaged in a battle with a hidden cabal of evil-doers and evil-enablers.  The only meaningful question is quickly becoming this one:

What are we going to do about it?

There needs to be a discussion among a number of people who command high levels of evidence (those who have collected the data points), those who command a good deal of social capital (i.e., have followers and effective methods for information dissemination, or who understand these technologies), etc.

If the Special Ops soldiers who are practicing their craft are being armed with the latest in technoiogies —  — to harness the Internet, what kinds of aps do you have on your SmartPhone?  What kinds of abilities do you maintain inside your cranium?  Have you seen my e-book on how to use your mind over at   Are you up-to-date on Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Bruce Lipton? on knowing how to program your own mind?

I’ll go back to that paper I wrote years ago on coalescing disaster response through communities of practice and change the parameters.

We need:

  • people to sample for and verify evidence;
  • ethicists to grasp and communicate the human dimension;
  • strategists who can provide and assess options;
  • organizers to marshal and link resources and people;
  • someone to examine and appraise choices and the consequences of those choices;
  • someone with a good handle on group dynamics; and
  • seers and prophets who can peer into the future, perhaps only by examining the past.

And they have to figure out a way to share power.

Brandon Smith, who probably qualifies for a seat at the table in that mythical panel discussion I noted, penned a nice piece on the moral-code-for-the-post-collapse-world.  I’ve posted it previously, I think, but you ought to take a moment and read it.

His thoughts on offering aid to those who might not deserve it is echoed beautifully in that film “The Impossible” when a badly-injured individual with responsibilities not only to herself but to her son and her missing sons and husband stops to rescue someone else. And he says:

“There is no problem we cannot solve and no opponent too large. We do not know the meaning of the word “impossible.” We operate best under pressure and during disaster. We move to disrupt crisis before it begins when possible, and we refuse to stand back as spectators when crisis does develop. We work diligently to master all knowledge and training that could be used to achieve our goal, which is a free, prosperous and independent citizenry. We do not seek leadership over others; we only wish to teach others how to lead themselves. We will not stop until this goal is accomplished or until we are no longer breathing. We are not mutable or flexible where tyranny is concerned. We are entirely uncompromising.”

I was searching around for the graphic I was going to put up top and, in the search, I found the one that appears above in the middle of the text above and it from a web link I noticed was in Fetzer’s slide group.

So I found that web site and poked around (turned over a few rocks as it were) and what I found in here made me sit up straight, and then go and make a cup of coffee: the night was suddenly gonna go a little longer.

“… according to the Palantir Blog, there are now more than 21 million American Veterans across the country; men and women who have served America in uniform in wars including WW2, the Gulf wars, Vietnam and Korea. According to the 1st map above left taken from the Palantir Blog, those US Vets are now living largely in ‘sun belt’ areas of the US including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Florida.

Coincidentally, or not, many of those same states are now being targeted by Jade Helm 15… Coincidentally, or not, many of those same states are now being targeted by Jade Helm 15 as seen in the map on top right showing states that have been linked to JH15 and, as radio show host Pete Santilli shares with us in the 1st and 2nd videos below, two Bilderberg attendees’ ‘Veterans Database’ from Palantir matches the ‘Jade Helm’ map as seen directly below, superimposed over ‘Veterans by Geography’ map, almost perfectly.  Beginning at the 2:45 mark of the 1st video, Santilli asks that this information be spread far and wide, especially amongst US Veterans, as we learn that two attendees of Bilderberg,  Peter Thiel and Alex Karp,  have created the database on US Veterans at Palantir that has so infuriates Santilli as he tells us in the video below. Why would Thiel’s database targeting US Veterans match up nearly perfectly with Jade Helm 15’s geography? Is this more proof US Vets are being targeted?”

Well, folks, this makes what I have already posted about Palantir [see created by elves ] come into sharp focus. It looks like the apps for SmartPhones created by DARPA, the same folks behind the pdf at the Cryptome link above, were given a test run at the Boston Marathon bombing. Maybe they were concerned that the minute men of the current day would be responding to the mass state police presence (pardon the pun).

That’s what you’re up against.

How smart is your phone? How smart is the fellow carrying your phone?

I’m still shivering over the remarks by the CEO of Beth Israel hospital who commandeered in photo-bomb fashion the press conference telling the world about the status of the Tsarnaev brother who was killed.

manhunt zone

Today’s headline:

Life ‘Surreal’ for Those Near Manhunt Zone

Josh Parker has instructed his daughters to run for help. [Well, read what’s coming below, and then run for help.]

“Parker told NBC News he saw five men, in camouflage and carrying M-16 rifles, come out of the woods with a German shepherd.” [Echoes of Watertown?]

Tonight we are told that

“… An army of heavily armed cops closed in Tuesday on the two killers who escaped from an upstate prison, flooding a small town about 40 miles southeast of the facility after residents reported a potential sighting.

The massive mobilization was triggered by a report of two suspicious-looking men walking along a desolate road in the pouring rain in Willsboro in Essex County at around midnight Monday, sources said…..

Many were camouflaged and toting large sniper rifles, with extra magazines slung across their shoulders.

“The feds have taken a back seat on this case because it’s believed that they’re still in New York state,’’ a source said.

“There’s no evidence of them crossing over the border into Canada.”

Picture from the Tampa Tribune:

Recently I ran across the concept of “abduction by psychological methods”.  This morning’s news on the Dannemora prison break focuses on how Joyce Mitchell was charmed, “apparently leading her to believe they were in love”.

The grooming process can take months, or years, relying on elaborate techniques that are passed from inmate to inmate across generations. Corrections officers have also collected them, and shared them in training seminars and on online forums.

“They try to make you forget who they are as an inmate and try to connect with you on a personal level, so you forget your prescribed role and can’t be objective. You see them as a brother, a son, whatever. It blinds you,” said Anthony Gangi, who trains corrections officers to protect against inmate manipulation and hosts an internet radio show called “Tier Talk.”

The shared connection can range from following the same sports team to sharing romantic troubles.

Geez, Louise, where I have seen that before? Well, my abductor — in a moment of guilt or perhaps having been prompted by her own controller or shrink — gave me her copies of the text and workbook for  hypnotic suggestion as developed by Erickson. Similar material is widely available online.

Yesterday at, I made reference to Peter Levenda. “The specific reference to Levenda [was] to his trilogy “Sinister Forces” published by Trine-Day in 2005 and more specifically to the discussion in “Book 1″ on page 85…”

AFter I wrote that, I pulled Book 3 off the shelf and spent some time reviewing it; it had already been annotated for just such a moment and so I quickly fell upon the section which noted and delineated the specifics of what Levenda prominently calls “the Manson secret”.

All of Chapter 23 in the third book is devoted to “the Manson Secret”; indeed, all three books in his “Sinister Forces” trilogy — as well as his earlier book “Unholy Alliance” and I suspect large parts of his newest book “The Hitler Legacy” — shape, lead up to and illuminate what Levenda calls “the technology of sociopathy”.

On page 409 in Book Three, Levenda describes the secret schools, cites a specific reference, notes a frequently-swept-under-the-rug reference to governmental links to the abduction of children into such “schools”, and “the doctrines and methods by which society in general, and indiviudals in particular, have been manipulated by forces beyond their comprehension” [page 409-410]. The Manson secret is spelled out in greater detail on pages 425-426, but you’ll have to become finders and get a copy of the book from

Much, much earlier in that third book of the trilogy is a reference that has also been swept under the rug. It’s a paragraph on page 46 and speaks of “the use of convicted murders in a bizarre scheme to create the perfect commando”.

That idea of course is enlightened (made light of) and placed into the collective holding pen of Hollywood nonsense by films like “The Dirty Dozen”.

Yet we know that, in recent history, the United States military has specifically recruited people with felony convictions, gang affiliations, and even neo-Nazi skinheads.

“In February [2006], the Baltimore Sun wrote that there was “a significant increase in the number of recruits with what the Army terms ‘serious criminal misconduct’ in their background” — a category that included “aggravated assault, robbery, vehicular manslaughter, receiving stolen property and making terrorist threats.” [snip] ,,, the Sun-Times reported that a gang member facing federal charges of murder and robbery enlisted in the Marine Corps “while he was free on bond — and was preparing to ship out to boot camp when Marine officials recently discovered he was under indictment.” While this recruit was eventually booted from the Corps, a Milwaukee police detective and Army veteran, who serves on the federal drug and gang task force that arrested the would-be Marine, noted that other “gang-bangers are going over to Iraq and sending weapons back … gang members are getting access to military training and weapons.”

Earlier this year, it was reported that an expected transfer of 10,000 to 20,000 troops to Fort Bliss, Texas, caused FBI and local law enforcement to fear a turf war between “members of the FolkNation gang … (and) a criminal group that is already well-established in the area, Barrio Azteca.” The New York Sun wrote that, according to one FBI agent, “FolkNation, which was founded in Chicago and includes several branches using the name Gangster Disciples, has gained a foothold in the Army.”

Another type of gang member has also begun to proliferate within the military, evidently thanks to lowered recruitment standards and an increasing tendency of recruiters to look the other way. In July, a study by the Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks racist and right-wing militia groups, found that because of pressing manpower concerns, “large numbers of neo-Nazis and skinhead extremists” are now serving in the military. “Recruiters are knowingly allowing neo-Nazis and white supremacists to join the armed forces, and commanders don’t remove them from the military even after we positively identify them as extremists or gang members,” said Scott Barfield, a Defense Department investigator quoted in the report.

The New York Times noted that the neo-Nazi magazine Resistance is actually recruiting for the U.S. military, urging “skinheads to join the Army and insist on being assigned to light infantry units.” As the magazine explained, “The coming race war and the ethnic cleansing to follow will be very much an infantryman’s war. … It will be house-to-house … until your town or city is cleared and the alien races are driven into the countryside where they can be hunted down and ‘cleansed.’ “

More here:

But the specific reference in Levenda on page 46 is to an officer in the United States Navy, a psychologist, who once let escape out of his mouth the statement that the United States Office of Naval Intelligence treated prisoners from within military prisons with behavior modification techniques and “turned into assassins ‘who could kill on command’”.

The doctor in question was immediately reprimanded and forced to retract his statement.  Reference is made to an article in a small California newspaper.  These things are wont to be hidden or buried, but there are people who are accustomed to archiving them.

The Navy shrink in question is Lieut. Commander Thomas Narut, and the newspaper was the Napa Valley Sentinel.

The ONI is noted in James Douglass’ book “JFK and the Unspeakable” in conjunction with the “running” or “handling” of intel operatives [page 40, footnote 164 to Anthony Summers’ book “Conspiracy” and thence to Marchetti’s book “The CIA and the Cult of Intelligence”].

I found five archived references to Narut online which include:

“… Skinnerian behaviorism has been accused of attempting to deprive man of his free will, his dignity and his autonomy. It is said to be intolerant of uncertainty in human behavior, and refuses to recognize the private, the ineffable, and the unpredictable. It sees the individual merely as a medical, chemical and mechanistic entity which has no comprehension of its real interests.

Skinner believed that people are going to be manipulated. “I just want them to be manipulated effectively,” he said. He measured his success by the absence of resistance and counter control on the part of the person he was manipulating. He thought that his techniques could be perfected to the point that the subject would not even suspect that he was being manipulated.

Dr. James V. McConnel, head of the Department of Mental Health Research at the University of Michigan, said, “The day has come when we can combine sensory deprivation with the use of drugs, hypnosis, and the astute manipulation of reward and punishment to gain almost absolute control over an individual’s behavior. We want to reshape our society drastically.”

The Navy’s Murderers

(Statements of Lt. Commander Thomas Narut, The London Times)

A U.S. Navy psychologist claims that the Office of Naval Intelligence had taken convicted murderers from military prisons, used behavior modification techniques on them, and then relocated them in American embassies throughout the world. Just prior to that time, the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee had censured the CIA for its global political assassination plots, including plots against Fidel Castro. The Navy psychologist was Lt. Commander Thomas Narut of the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Naples, Italy. The information was divulged at an Oslo NATO conference of 120 psychologists from the eleven nation alliance.

According to Dr. Narut, the U.S. Navy was an excellent place for a researcher to find “captive personnel” whom they could could use as guinea pigs in experiments. The Navy provided all the funding necessary, according to Narut.

Dr. Narut, in a question and answer session with reporters from many nations, revealed how the Navy was secretly programming large numbers of assassins. He said that the men he had worked with for the Navy were being prepared for commando-type operations, as well as covert operations in U.S. embassies worldwide. He described the men who went through his program as “hit men and assassins” who could kill on command.

Careful screening of the subjects was accomplished by Navy psychologists through the military records, and those who actually received assignments where their training could be utilized, were drawn mainly from submarine crews, the paratroops, and many were convicted murderers serving military prison sentences. Several men who had been awarded medals for bravery were drafted into the program.

The assassins were conditioned through “audio-visual desensitization”. The process involved the showing of films of people being injured or killed in a variety of ways, starting with very mild depictions, leading up to the more extreme forms of mayhem. Eventually, the subjects would be able to detach their feelings even when viewing the most horrible of films. The conditioning was most successful when applied to “passive-aggressive” types, and most of these ended up being able to kill without any regrets. The prime indicator of violent tendencies was the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. Dr. Narut knew of two Navy programming centers, the neuropsychiatric laboratory in San Diego and the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Italy, where he worked.

During the audio-visual desensitization programming, restraints were used to force the subject to view the films. A device was used on the subjects eyelids to prevent him from blinking. Typically, the preliminary film was on an African youth being ritualistically circumcised with a dull knife and without any anesthetic. The second film showed a sawmill scene in which a man accidentally cut off his fingers.

In addition to the desensitization films, the potential assassins underwent programming to create prejudicial attitude in the men, to think of their future enemies, especially the leaders of these countries, as sub-human. Films and lectures were presented demeaning the culture and habits of the people of the countries where it had been decided they would be sent.

After his NATO lecture, Dr. Narut disappeared. He could not be located. Within a week of so after the lecture, the Pentagon issued an emphatic denial that the U.S. Navy had “engaged in psychological training or other types of training of personnel as assassins.” They disavowed the programming centers in San Diego and Naples and stated they were unable to locate Narut, but did provide confirmation that he was a staff member of the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Naples.

Dr. Alfred Zitani, an American delegate to the Oslo conference, did verify Narut’s remarks and they were published in the Sunday Times.

Sometime later, Dr. Narut surfaced again in London and recanted his remarks, stating that he was “talking in theoretical and not practical terms.” Shortly thereafter, the U.S. Naval headquarters in London issued a statement indicating that Dr. Narut’s remarks at the NATO conference should be discounted because he had “personal problems”. Dr. Narut never made any further public statements about the program.

During the NATO conference in Oslo, Dr. Narut had remarked that the reason he was divulging the information was because he believed that the information was coming out anyway. The doctor was referring to the disclosure by a Congressional subcommittee which were then appearing in the press concerning various CIA assassination plots. However, what Dr. Narut had failed to realize at the time, was that the Navy’s assassination plots were not destined to be revealed to the public at that time…..”

“In the evening on June 25, 1988, Sebron, Jr. went on a shooting spree at Micropure warehouse in Concord, CA. He killed 2 (two) people, and wounded 5 (five) others. [1]

There wasn’t a reason, or a motive for his deadly assault. Sebron couldn’t remember events leading to, and during the shootings. Sebron, Jr. supposedly emptied his .357 magnum into the victims like shooting clay pigeons. There was no evidence that he reloaded his weapon. Sebron, Jr. was pretty calm and precise with six shots, killing two, and wounded 5 (five). Was there an extra bullet? We may never know because the weapon was destroyed soon after his so-called trial.

[snip … it’s a very long article]

… On Sebron, Jr.’s application for employment with Wells, he stated that he went to Oakland Tech from 1958 to 1961. Death Angel William E. Mapp was a student of McClymonds High School, but was frequently at Tech.

Flenaugh said that he attended some type of university with the mind control complicit U.S. Air Force from 1961 to 1965. He failed to set out any major or area of training provided by the Air Force.  It was rather strange that all of Sebron, Jr.’s Air Force background and training would just qualify him for a civilian “housekeeper” job at the naval Hospital in San Diego.

Sebron, Jr. had 4 years Air Force experience and training in some field, which he never specified or explained on the application.  He also had Air Force Reserve experience and training in some field, which again he never specified or explained.

After the shootings, nobody seemed to know just what Sebron, Jr. did in the U.S. Air Force for 13 years. It was a big mystery. Sebron had attained the rank of E-6, technical sergeant. He was a good soldier in something.

Sebron’s last place of employment before the shootings was at the U.S. Naval Hospital in San Diego. Flenaugh worked there from 1975 to 1984. The hospital was a documented MK-ULTRA institution.

“In Santee, California, a 15-year-old student killed two classmates at his high school and wounded another 13 people before his arrest. The father of the shooter at Santee High School worked in experimental activities at the Army’s Fort Detrick for thirteen years, and was currently working at the Naval “Medical” Center in San Diego; a location where a number of victims of U.S. Government mind-control experiments have testified they’ve been experimented on and subjected to various mind-control procedures. Fort Detrick has been, at least the 1960’s, a primary testing ground for conditioning the minds of selected subjects with very carefully designed regimes and programs; much of which, for example, consisted of constantly, repeatedly immersing subjects into virtual-realty type computer/video “games” and “exercises” of utterly brutal and utterly graphic raw violence, murder and mayhem. This non-stop immersion of subjects into these kinds of activities causes a root-level meltdown in their psychological/ethical/spiritual intergrity and causes a great majority of them to become greatly desensitized to perpetrating deadly violence, particularly when reinforced in other ways by their controllers.” [14]

The U.S. Naval Hospital in San Diego was also a virtual reality assassin-training site for the U.S. Navy. According to U.S. Navy psychologist, Lt. Commander Dr. Thomas Narut of the U.S Regional Medical Center in Naples, Italy, the U.S. Navy was an excellent place for a researcher to find “captive personnel” whom they could use as guinea pigs in experiments. The Navy provided all the funding necessary.

Dr. Narut, in a question and answer session with reporters from many nations, revealed how the Navy was secretly programming large number of assassins. He said that he had worked with for the Navy training men that were being prepared for commando-type operations as well as covert operations in the U.S. embassies worldwide. He described the men who went through his program as “hit men and assassins” who could kill on command.

According to Narut, the assassins were conditioned through “audio-visual desensitization”. The process involved the showing of films of people being injured or killed in a variety of ways, starting with very mild depictions, and leading up to the more extreme forms of mayhem. Eventually, the subjects would be able to detach their feelings even when viewing the most horrible films. The conditioning was most successful when applied to “passive-aggressive” types, and most of these ended up being able to kill without any regrets.

The prime indicator of violent tendencies was the Minnesota Mutiphasic Personality Inventory. Dr. Narut knew of two Navy programming centers, the Neuropsychiatric Laboratory in San Diego and the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Italy, where he worked. Narut divulged the information at an Oslo NATO conference of 120 psychologists from the eleven nation alliance. [15] The Neuropsychiatric Laboratory in San Diego was at the U.S. Naval Medical Center.

The hospital was also associated with another Bay Area assassin, Nelson Sims. In August 1996, Diallo Earl Uhuru AKA Nelson Sims shot Lacy Hawkins in Union City, CA.  Hawkins was the founder and head minister of a controversial cult-like fundamentalist church, General Assembly Church. General Assembly has mostly Black congregations in Berkeley, Vallejo, and Union City. [16]   In June of that year, the church made news when 24 current and former Berkeley city employees filed a suit against the city, claiming that their bosses accused them of belonging to a cult. Earl Uhuru was a civilian employee at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. Uhuru also was linked to the killing of his ex-girlfriend, 28-year old Navy Lieutenant Cheri Michele Washington. Washington also worked at the medical center as a registered nurse. [17]

In 1975, when Sebron began his work at the Navy Hospital, the CIA also went to work in San Diego on a program to map the brain. In 1975, the CIA funded a secret program at $100,000 per year at the San Diego Children’s Hospital and Health Center’s Speech, Hearing and Neuromemory Center that involved “visual evoked responses” recorded electronically from brain waves and analyzed by computers.

Experiments on human volunteers, most of them members of the hospital staff, administrators and friends had been conducted for two years. Dr. Albert Lawrence headed the experiments. Subjects responded to pictures of faces flashed on screens. Some are familiar, some are unfamiliar. Familiar faces evoke a different brain wave pattern than unfamiliar faces, and the computer can tell the difference even if the subject said nothing. Very interesting!

According to the director of the project, accuracy of identification by computer had reached as high as eighty percent. He also mentioned that the results of the experiments would be combined with clinical trails at the children’s hospital. The CIA asked the hospital not to discuss the project. However, the hospital’s medical director and hospital officials later decided it disliked the idea of secrecy and told the CIA they wanted to be able to talk freely about work. The CIA experiment was exposed in a San Diego Union article by Lew Scarr entitled “CIA Funds Project At Hospital Here, September 27, 1977. [18]

Nevertheless the hospital officials’ dislike of the CIA’s idea of secrecy, secrecy is CIA’s policy. The CIA hardly if ever brief citizens without top-secret clearances and the “need to know” on the existence or objectives of clandestine experiments. These “visual evoked responses” experiments appear to be expansion of earlier “subliminal” research as exposed by notorious Tavistock controller and writer, Aldous Huxley: “Then there is the extremely interesting work in this field which is being done at the University of Ohio [Ohio State University] by Dwight Sherman and Samuel Renshaw. Sherman is professor of art and has devised methods of art teaching which are described in his Drawing through Seeing. In his school a very ingenious and, I believe, extraordinarily effective technique has been developed for getting the superficial self out of the way and leaving the seeing of the object to be drawn and the execution of the drawing to the more infallible Not-Self. Part of this technique was borrowed from Dr. Renshaw, of the same university’s psychology department, who trained very large number of soldiers during the war to recognized airplanes, and distinguish friendly from hostile models, by projecting slides of the various types upon a magic lantern screen for times ranging from a hundredth of a second down to tow thousandth. At first all protested that it was impossible for them to distinguish one type from another; and this was, of course, quite true for the superficial self. But the Not-Self had seen quite clearly, and when they learn to get out of the way and ‘let George do it’, they all acquired the art of seeing anything in a hundredth of a second, while some could do the trick at a much faster rate. Incidentally, many myopes came out of the training without myopia. This work has been applied in the kindergarten training of children in Chicago, I believe; but I have never seen any full description of this, only a passing reference…But the work is obviously of major importance and you should get hold of as many of his original papers as possible and examine them in light of our basic ideas.”[19]

Renshaw’s early experiments with “subliminal” training were keys to the development of Narut’s virtual reality assassins conditioned through “audio-visual desensitization”. The CIA’s “visual evoked responses” experiments with electronically recorded brain waves analyzed by computers would certain provide intelligence agencies with a mind control fool proof system. Myope refers to a person who has the defect of vision called myopia; a nearsighted person…..”

“There’s Somethng About Henry” by Dave McGowan

Dave McGowan.. remember Dave McGowan?

Turns out there’s a link to the preserved text of that old Napa Valley article:

“… Anyone familiar with the intelligence community’s long-standing obsession with the concept of mind control will immediately recognize what Dr. Narut was describing as an MK-ULTRA project. The existence of this particular manifestation of the project was first reported by British journalist Peter Watson of the Sunday Times, who attended the conference and interviewed Dr. Narut. Narut told him that they looked for candidates who had shown a proclivity for violence.

This was at a time when numerous pseudo investigations of the intelligence community were underway, including the Rockefeller, Pike, and Church Committees. Narut told Watson that he was revealing this highly classified information only because he assumed it was about to surface anyway.

Of course, Narut was mistaken about the interest of the various committees in divulging anything even remotely resembling the truth. Narut promptly disappeared from public view, reappearing only briefly to lamely attempt to retract his prior statements. But it was a little too late.

Watson went on to expand upon this initial research to produce a book, War on the Mind, one of the better books from the late 1970’s on the subject of mind control research by the intelligence community. Walter Bowart referenced Watson’s work as well, in his nearly impossible to find Operation Mind Control. So this cat, once let out of the bag, proved rather difficult to stuff back inside. The intelligence community, it seemed, was recruiting from prisons to make use of the natural talents of convicted killers to produce the fabled ‘Manchurian Candidates’ – mind controlled assassins.

This operation involved killers drawn from military prisons, though there is no reason not to suspect that parallel programs were being conducted in civilian prisons as well. Prisons have, after all, provided fertile ground for any number of MK-ULTRA sub projects for decades. ….”

“… As Douglas Valentine writes in The Phoenix Program (Morrow, 1990)- concerning the CIA’s assassination, torture and terror program waged against the people of Vietnam – the Phoenix teams consisted of SEALs working with “CTs,” described by one participant as “a combination of ARVN deserters, VC turncoats, and bad mother______ criminals the South Vietnamese couldn’t deal with in prison, so they turned them over to us.” The spooks were only too happy to employ the services of these men, who “taught [their] SEAL comrades the secrets of the psy war campaign.” So depraved were these agency recruits that some of them “would actually devour their enemies’ vital organs.” All in a day’s work for America’s premier intelligence agency…..”

Researchers May Have Solved ‘Missing Link’ Mystery in Origin of Life

How did life on Earth begin? It’s been one of modern biology’s greatest mysteries: How did the chemical soup that existed on the early Earth lead to the complex molecules needed to create living, breathing organisms? Now, researchers say they’ve found the missing link.

Between 4.6 billion and 4.0 billion years ago, there was probably no life on Earth. The planet’s surface was at first molten and even as it cooled, it was getting pulverized by asteroids and comets. All that existed were simple chemicals. But about 3.8 billion years ago, the bombardment stopped, and life arose. Most scientists think the “last universal common ancestor” — the creature from which everything on the planet descends — appeared about 3.6 billion years ago.

But exactly how that creature arose has long puzzled scientists. For instance, how did the chemistry of simple carbon-based molecules lead to the information storage of ribonucleic acid, or RNA? The RNA molecule must store information to code for proteins. (Proteins in biology do more than build muscle — they also regulate a host of processes in the body.)

The new research — which involves two studies, one led by Charles Carter and one led by Richard Wolfenden, both of the University of North Carolina — suggests a way for RNA to control the production of proteins by working with simple amino acids that does not require the more complex enzymes that exist today. [7 Theories on the Origin of Life on Earth]

This link would bridge this gap in knowledge between the primordial chemical soup and the complex molecules needed to build life. Current theories say life on Earth started in an “RNA world,” in which the RNA molecule guided the formation of life, only later taking a backseat to DNA, which could more efficiently achieve the same end result. Like DNA, RNA is a helix-shaped molecule that can store or pass on information. (DNA is a double-stranded helix, whereas RNA is single-stranded.) Many scientists think the first RNA molecules existed in a primordial chemical soup — probably pools of water on the surface of Earth billions of years ago. [Photo Timeline: How the Earth Formed]

The idea was that the very first RNA molecules formed from collections of three chemicals: a sugar (called a ribose); a phosphate group, which is a phosphorus atom connected to oxygen atoms; and a base, which is a ring-shaped molecule of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen atoms. RNA also needed nucleotides, made of phosphates and sugars.

The question: How did the nucleotides come together within the soupy chemicals to make RNA? John Sutherland, a chemist at the University of Cambridge in England, published a study in May in the journal Nature Chemistry that showed that a cyanide-based chemistry could make two of the four nucleotides in RNA and many amino acids.

That still left questions, though. There wasn’t a good mechanism for putting nucleotides together to make RNA. Nor did there seem to be a natural way for amino acids to string together and form proteins. Today, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) does the job of linking amino acids into proteins, activated by an enzyme called aminoacyl tRNA synthetase. But there’s no reason to assume there were any such chemicals around billions of years ago.

Also, proteins have to be shaped a certain way in order to function properly. That means RNA has to be able to guide their formation — it has to “code” for them, like a computer running a program to do a task.

Carter noted that it wasn’t until the past decade or two that scientists were able to duplicate the chemistry that makes RNA build proteins in the lab. “Basically, the only way to get RNA was to evolve humans first,” he said. “It doesn’t do it on its own.”

Perfect sizes

In one of the new studies, Carter looked at the way a molecule called “transfer RNA,” or tRNA, reacts with different amino acids.

They found that one end of the tRNA could help sort amino acids according to their shape and size, while the other end could link up with amino acids of a certain polarity. In that way, this tRNA molecule could dictate how amino acids come together to make proteins, as well as determine the final protein shape. That’s similar to what the ATP enzyme does today, activating the process that strings together amino acids to form proteins.

Carter told Live Science that the ability to discriminate according to size and shape makes a kind of “code” for proteins called peptides, which help to preserve the helix shape of RNA.

“It’s an intermediate step in the development of genetic coding,” he said.

In the other study, Wolfenden and colleagues tested the way proteins fold in response to temperature, since life somehow arose from a proverbial boiling pot of chemicals on early Earth. They looked at life’s building blocks, amino acids, and how they distribute in water and oil — a quality called hydrophobicity. They found that the amino acids’ relationships were consistent even at high temperatures — the shape, size and polarity of the amino acids are what mattered when they strung together to form proteins, which have particular structures.

“What we’re asking here is, ‘Would the rules of folding have been different?'” Wolfenden said. At higher temperatures, some chemical relationships change because there is more thermal energy. But that wasn’t the case here.

By showing that it’s possible for tRNA to discriminate between molecules, and that the links can work without “help,” Carter thinks he’s found a way for the information storage of chemical structures like tRNA to have arisen — a crucial piece of passing on genetic traits. Combined with the work on amino acids and temperature, it offers insight into how early life might have evolved.

This work still doesn’t answer the ultimate question of how life began, but it does show a mechanism for the appearance of the genetic codes that pass on inherited traits, which got evolution rolling.

The two studies are published in the June 1 issue of the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. [Ahmad Jamal, The Good Life]

I did not realize that the documentary posted right above this is actually not a new or current version and, given the pace of the research, there is probably new awareness and information.  This was brought to my attention by one of my sources in the medical field who also informs me that the BRCA gene patent issue was resolved: see

“The Court’s unanimous decision in Association for Molecular Pathology v. Myriad Genetics, Inc., held that, “A naturally occurring DNA segment is a product of nature and not patent eligible merely because it has been isolated.”

The Supreme Court ruled today that isolated human genes cannot be patented, a partial defeat for Myriad Genetics, a company that had been awarded patents on the so-called BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes in the 1990s.

But the court said DNA molecules engineered by man — including so-called “cDNAs” — are eligible for patents.”

Do Cosmic Rays Evolve Consciousness And Transform DNA ? 31/01/2015

Elina St-Onge, Collective-Evolution

Waking Times

26 years ago in the year 1987, something happened and the world felt it. The first globally synchronized meditation –commonly known as the first “Harmonic Convergence” – took place. Tens of thousands of people gathered all around the world at sacred sites around the planet to co-ordinate their intention. What intention? José Arguelles, who initiated the meditation put it this way:

“There comes a point when things have to change. A vibration signal was sent out. Where the signal was coming from – whether it was coming from our genetic coding, whether it was coming from the Earth, whether it was coming from outer space, or whether it was coming from all of those – this signal went out and people responded to a signal. It is very much like when a species gets a signal to change the direction of its migration pattern.” – José Arguelles

It was from that year on that the human mind began to open up more than it ever has before. Even though the status quo resisted these new ideas, more and more people began seeing through the old paradigm of war, environmental destruction, poverty, slavery and materialism, and instead opened their eyes and minds to a more wholistic worldview. People began questioning the many structures of society, and suppressed information began to resurface and become available to the masses. Ever since 1987, human consciousness has experienced a noticeable acceleration.

Now what is this all about? And why 26 years ago? Is this just some new age speculative talk? As much as world change is not a concept that needs to be backed up by science to be recognized as important, interesting studies have shown that this evolutionary movement isn’t just a coincidence or a simple initiative of a few individuals. The whole cosmos seems to be in.

Cosmic Rays and Human DNA

Before delving into the significance of the year 1987, let’s explore what scientists have discovered to be a key factor in the evolution of life: Cosmic rays. Cosmic rays are light waves of a very high frequency that have been shown to transform human DNA –therefore affecting human evolution. In fact, an analysis of ice cores extracted from polar stations in Greenland and Antartica have demonstrated that about 12,000 years ago and 34,000 years ago, an incredible increase in cosmic rays occurred. Scientists were astonished to find that both times correspond to periods of great leaps in human evolution in terms of art, technology and state of consciousness. Andrew Collins, a science and history writer who has studied the effects of cosmic rays, said:

“The effects of cosmic rays on our own genetics has led to mutations within the body, within the mind, the brain, that has altered our perception of reality… The correspondence between ancient cosmic ray levels and sudden evolutionary leaps and human technology and art are facts.”

Even as far back as 1973, famous science writer and astronomer Carl Sagan spoke about how cosmic rays cause DNA mutations and would have affected human evolution.

Cosmic rays are passing through the Earth and our bodies all the time due to ambient processes of the cosmos – hence, there is always a slow and gradual evolution taking place. However, in 1987 – the same year when a spark of change was being felt across the world –something different took place. A Supernova occurred close enough to the Earth that it was visible to the naked eye. Cool, but what does that have to do with anything?

A Supernova is a rare stellar explosion so powerful that its radiation can briefly outshine an entire galaxy, releasing as much energy as the sun is expected to emit over its whole life. What type of energy are supernova’s known to emit? You guessed it: Cosmic rays. 1987’s supernova – scientifically referred to as Supernova 1987A – propelled evolution-inducing cosmic rays throughout the universe that have reached planet Earth and are still affecting us to this day. In 1987, an evolution in consciousness began – followed by a growing global movement for change. Coincidence or not, the connection between rising frequencies and rising consciousness is factual.

“Are you aware that a Shift in human consciousness is occurring, even as you read these words, that employs celestial triggers such as supernovas and Earth’s alignment with Galactic Center in the years leading up to 2012, to trigger the evolution of our species?” – Sol Luckman

Around and after the year of 1987, many other celestial events have occurred; the most known being a massive increase in solar flares (also producing cosmic rays) and a rapid decrease of the Earth’s magnetic field – both of which are happening to this day. The Earth’s magnetic field is known to act as a shield against high frequencies… so what happens when it weakens? All the goodness of high frequencies seeps right in. Now many would think this is crazy because of the common belief that they are dangerous, however the purpose of cosmic rays and other high frequencies isn’t to fry us alive; but to gradually instigate the evolution of our DNA; the blueprint of our level of consciousness.

According to medical science, we have 2 strands of DNA and 10 strands of “junk” DNA which are believed to have no purpose whatsoever. But what if this so-called “junk” DNA is merely dormant DNA? Studies show that our dormant DNA is now reactivating.

Dr. Berrenda Fox, physiologist and naturopath (who was later on “silenced” by the government and given a bad name to suppress such information) said it herself:

“Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a mutation of our species into something for which the end result is not yet known. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes… Some adults that I have tested actually do have another DNA helix forming. Some are even getting their third. These people are going through a lot of major shifts in their consciousness and physical bodies, because it is all one. In my opinion, the Earth and everyone here is raising its vibration… A lot of the old paradigms can no longer exist, yet are fighting to be maintained, but there is no doubt that it is changing. Those of us who have chose to live at this time are the forerunners of almost a new species.” – Dr. Berrenda Fox

Could this be the beginning of another evolutionary leap? I think so.

medical targeting

medical targeting

After my recent commentary here at alarumed and here about mcgowan and in “tyranny’s outcome” about scientific assassinations, Jade Helm etc., Wayne Madsen offers up this on the topic of MEDINT, HVI, and assassination

NSA makes medical intelligence operations a priority

Wayne MADSEN | 05.06.2015 | 00:00

In yet another worrying sign that the U.S. National Security Agency has completely gone off the rails, a June 2010 PowerPoint slide, titled «Medical Pattern of Life: Targeting High Value Individual № 1», subtitled «SIGINT [signals intelligence] Enabling HUMINT [human intelligence] / Targeting», describes how NSA is using medical intelligence (MEDINT) to target medical patients. The PowerPoint presentation is classified TOP SECRET/COMINT [Communications Intelligence]. By misusing medical information and data to target patients for either surveillance or assassination, NSA is on shaky ground with regard to abiding by the privacy and data protection acts of dozens of nations, as well as international law on human rights and warfare.

If «targeting» includes using medical intelligence to assassinate individuals, NSA and its military and civilian analysts are in violation of not only the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit attacks on medical personnel and hospitals, but also war crimes statutes. The abuse of MEDINT is also a clear violation of the conclusions of the Nuremberg Tribunal, which concluded that the use of hospitals and mental institutions to carry out murder are clearly war crimes.

As witnessed by the Central Intelligence Agency’s use of psychiatrists in its torture program, the NSA has used clinical psychologists in its MEDINT operations. The CIA doctors who were involved in torture have been accused of violating professional standards, in addition to the Hippocratic Oath, and the NSA clinical personnel are no different. One individual identified as part of the NSA MEDINT program has the title of «Clinical Psychologist to Operations (SSG13)».

NSA’s MEDINT operations, according to the slides revealed by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, include «extracting pattern of life (PoL) from MEDINT; identification of all recurring, and therefore predictable, patterns of behavior that constitute the specific treatment regimen for a target’s medical illness; medications, medical tests, medical surgical treatments, hospital, and doctor visits».

Although the NSA slide show refers to Osama Bin Laden as a target because of his «middle stage renal disease; recurrent urinary tract infections, and kidney stones; and intestinal problems», it is clear that any world leader could be subjected to the same type of NSA medical intelligence surveillance. A 2010 State Department DNA collection operation indicates that many world leaders have been «targeted» by the NSA MEDINT program.

The NSA program has involved its British partner, the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), Sandia National Laboratory in New Mexico, Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee, the CIA, the Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the University of Maryland, and the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI-6). The MEDINT operation also involves NSA’s ultra-secret RX branch, which is involved in «special access research».

The MEDINT program even involves placing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags on prescription packages and the use of pharmaceutical «honey pots» to deliver possibly poisoned medication and sabotaged equipment, including intravenous (IV) bags and epoetin injection bottles, to targets. Honey pots in espionage are females or males who lure operatives of the opposite or same gender by providing sexual favors. The «sexpionage» targets are then prompted to carry out specific tasks through the pressure of blackmail.

The NSA is quite clear that its intention is to gain control of the «Pharma to Target» conduit through the breaking of seals on pharmaceuticals, RFID tracking and geo-location, and, what is perhaps the most sinister aspect, initiating an «operation on acquired target». In the world of intelligence, an «operation on an acquired target» usually means an assassination.

As far as the inviolability of the neutral status of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the NSA sees ICRC hospitals and «field agents» as candidates for ensuring that pharmaceuticals and medical equipment delivered to «targets» are clandestinely tagged or sabotaged.

The NSA promoters of MEDINT brag that «tagging and tracking medications/supplies to a specific target enables us to leap over the non-electronic moat with which HVIs (High Value Individuals) surround themselves, enabling their geolocation». The NSA also believes that «Credible Medical Intel never goes stale».

What is most disconcerting about the NSA MEDINT program is that the classified briefing on it came six months after the U.S. State Department, then headed by Hillary Clinton, requested U.S. embassies around the world to send DNA samples of government leaders, in addition to fingerprints, facial images, and iris scans, to Washington as part of a program called the National HUMINT Collection Directive (NHCD). The CIA director had previously been designated as the National HUMINT Manager for the U.S. Intelligence Community, of which NSA is a part, and the actual operations were carried out under the National Clandestine Service of the CIA.

A March 24, 2008 SECRET NOFORN cable from the State Department to the U.S. embassy in Asuncion, Paraguay requested DNA samples be collected on progressive presidential candidate Fernando Lugo, as well as other presidential contenders, including Education Minister Blanca Ovelar; former Vice President Luis Castiglioni; and former General Lino Oviedo. In August 2010, Lugo, who had been elected president, was diagnosed with cancer. In 2012, he was overthrown in a coup organized by the CIA. In addition to Lugo and Venezuela’s late president, Hugo Chavez, cancer also suddenly plagued the leaders of Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, and Colombia.

A July 31, 2009 cable from the State Department to the U.S. Missions to the United Nations requested biometric data, including DNA samples, on UN officials, including Secretary General Ban Ki-moon; UN permanent representatives of Security Council member states; and North Korean diplomats. This directive also included the order to collect DNA samples from the UN ambassadors of Austria, Burkina Faso, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, France, Japan, Libya, Mexico, Russia, Turkey, Uganda, and Vietnam, as well as the ambassadors and other officials from the European Union, African Union, Organization of Islamic Conference. The cable was very specific on which UN officials were subject to DNA collection: “key officials of Secretariat, specialized agency, committee, commission, and program officials in New York, Geneva, Vienna, and other UN system cities, to include special assistants and chiefs of staff.” Also targeted for DNA collection were “NAM [Non-aligned Movement]/G-77 [Group of 77]/OIC [office of Islamic Conference] Permanent Representatives, particularly China, Cuba, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, South Africa, Sudan, Uganda, Senegal, and Syria.

The collection of DNA did not stop with the UN headquarters but also targeted diplomats with the International Atomic Energy Agency and NATO. The tasking called for DNA samples from “UN arms control interlocutors, especially candidates for the position of Director General of the IAEA, and the heads of other international institutions.” The cable specified arms control diplomats from other International Arms Control Organizations, NATO, and the OSCE [Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe], particularly diplomatic and arms control officials from Austria, Brazil, Burkina Faso, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Egypt, France, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Japan, Libya, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa, Sweden, Turkey, Uganda and Vietnam.

International health officials were also targeted. The cable is specific on targets: “Director General of the WHO [World Health Organization], head of UNAIDS, the Pan American Health Organization, under Secretaries, heads of specialized agencies and their chief advisers, and top aides.”

It is abundantly clear from the Snowden revelations and the State Department classified cables allegedly supplied by Bradley, now Chelsea, Manning that the U.S. intelligence community has embarked on a dangerous program of using medical intelligence to assassinate HVIs, or «high-value individuals».

In 1975, Senator Frank Church displayed before a Senate hearing on the abuses of the U.S. intelligence community a «heart attack gun» produced by the CIA. The gun, powered by a battery, fired a frozen water projectile containing poisonous shellfish toxin. When the bullet entered a target, the projectile melted, leaving a small red blemish on the victim. The shellfish toxin entered the victim’s bloodstream causing a heart attack. In all cases, medical examinations would conclude the victim died from «natural causes», to wit, a sudden heart attack. Today, the NSA and CIA have obviously teamed up to develop more exotic and technological methods to kill their targets. Advances in telemedicine now mean that a political assassination is only one or two keystrokes away for Uncle Sam’s killers in military uniforms and business attire.

The above is amplified and illuminated bu H. P.Albarelli’s book “A Terrible Mistake” which documents — with narrative, extensive footnotes, etc. — the long-standing interplay, use and abuse of the pharmaceutical industry by the national security apparatus.
